Mark Longenecker

Mark has been an active person his whole life with skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding and martial arts. He started his yoga journey at Bikram yoga. After many years of hot yoga he started venturing off and trying other styles of yoga. Mark has taken many classes, workshops and yoga trainings with some amazing and well known yogis. He really enjoys yoga festivals and try’s his best to bring that creative vibe and energy into the yoga classes that he teaches. Mark has also been a MC & DJ for over 30 years and loves incorporating music into his flows.


Off the mat Mark has dedicated his life to the art of tattooing. He owns Endless Summer Tattoo in downtown Cocoa Beach, FL. He became a semifinalist competing on the hit TV show Ink Master season 5. Mark loves finding ways to combine all of his passions together.

Alorha Baga

Alorha loves the art of movement and has 25 years’ experience in various movement modalities; Native American dance, Raq Sharki, Modern Dance and personal yoga practice and teaching. Due to that, she loves taking the asana and embellishing it with music to fit the theme and tone. Leading an intelligent, yet informative yoga practice. Yoga and movement have always been an integral part of her life. Believing in its wholistic approach of connecting the mind, body and spirit. She began her journey under Sojourn Yoga, completing two 200 hours of yoga teacher trainings. Diving deeper into the energetic body, completing Alchemy of the Chakras with Alanna Kaivalya, Ph.D. Also getting certified in Buti Yoga Movement modalities; Buti Yoga, DEEP (restorative) and The Primal Flow Yoga. She is currently invited and is in training to become a Primal Flow Yoga Master Trainer. Also developing “The Art of the Energetic Body” workshop and online course. Her love of yoga, lead her to study under Janet Stone’s 300 hour Living Practice Yoga Teacher Training -- completing it April 4th, 2024. Which opened a deeper practice for her and the love of Chanting and the practice of the energetic body and breath practice. Giving a well round class can give students more knowledge of the yoga practice beyond asana. Alorha currently lives on the Santa Rosa Rancheria near Lemoore with her husband Truman and together they have three children, Thomas, Grace, and Lily.

Inga Seals

Inga Seals is a sacred healer, empowerment mentor, and transformational guide devoted to helping others reclaim their power, reconnect with their roots, and rise into embodied sovereignty. With a background forged through personal healing from domestic abuse, depression, and systemic oppression, Inga’s work is grounded in deep lived experience. She weaves together ancient wisdom and modern practice—blending yoga, somatic movement, sound healing, Reiki, and trauma-informed energy work—to create powerful spaces for nervous system restoration, ancestral reconnection, and radical self-liberation.

Based in Houston, Texas, Inga serves as a movement specialist, alignment mentor, and space-holder for individuals and communities ready to heal generational wounds and step into their highest selves. Her offerings range from one-on-one mentorship to large-scale retreats and corporate wellness programs, all with a focus on uplifting BIPOC voices and honoring ancestral wisdom. Through thousands of hours of facilitation and continued training in modalities like Primal Flow, vibrational therapy, breathwork, and intuitive guidance, Inga holds space with grace, grit, and undeniable presence. She is a mother, a mystic, and a catalyst for lasting transformation—igniting the light in others so they remember they’ve had it all along.

Brian Clemons

Brian’s yoga journey began when he started taking classes at his local community center in college. After being asked to take over the teaching, he began his teaching career his senior year. After moving to West Virginia to pursue a full time career in forensics in 2018, he joined Charleston’s premier yoga studio and quickly progressed in his own yoga journey. Since then, he completed a 200 RYT program as well as being fortunate enough to work with a variety of clients such as law enforcement and college athletes. In 2021, he found the Primal Flow and wasted no time getting involved with the growing community! 

Currently in Nashville, TN, he spends time forming connections within the local fitness community, as a group fitness instructor, and exploring new ways to MOVE! Next time you hop in his class, you can expect unique beats, seamless flows, and heat building postures to balance out your mind, body, and soul!
