Every day from November 21st–27th, one of our leaders will take over our IG offering a free class and a daily gratitude prompt to inspire movement, reflection, and connection.

Day 3: Meditative Flow — “The Current of Appreciation” Alorha Sunday
Today’s Focus is Mindful awareness and presence in transitions.
