Jen Anderson holds her 200 hour RYT and is a doctorate of physical therapy with over a decade of experience helping people move with purpose and reconnect with their bodies. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that movement is medicine and that when we move with purpose, we create space for transformation.

Jen was drawn to Primal Flow because it integrates functional strength, primal movement, and deep somatic awareness—exactly the kind of rich, soulful practice that inspires long-term growth. Jen is excited to bring her clinical knowledge, creative sequencing, and heartfelt presence to the Primal Flow community and help others awaken their primal power from within.
