All sales are final.

  1. If a certification does not meet the minimum number of participants, The Primal Flow reserves the right to move the certification to an online format.

  2. If moved online, participants may:
    • Attend the online certification at no additional cost OR
    • Transfer their investment to a future certification date OR apply it toward any other Primal Flow purchase.

  3. Certified Primal Flow Instructors may audit any certification at no charge if they are active Patreon Members but sign up by using our contact us form on the website .

  4. Certified Primal Flow instructors who are not Patreon members may audit for $199. Reach out via our contact us form on the website

  5. All decisions regarding certification format (in-person vs. online) will be made no later than 6 weeks prior to the scheduled event to avoid unnecessary travel expenses.
